As Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital communications, marketing, and advertising. You’ll lead and inspire a talented team of creatives to deliver innovative work that drives meaningful change in consumer behavior. ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Inspire Beyond the Agency: Represent the agency at events, share insights in talks, and connect with fresh talent to inspire the next wave of creative innovators.

QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Extensive experience working at an Associate Creative Director or Creative Director level in a similar agency environment.
  • Demonstrated creative success in leading collaborative multi-functional teams, including project planning, to winning a number of industry recognised awards.
  • Considerable experience of Australian and Global projects.
  • Experience developing/leading client relationships.
  • Proven track record generating new business.
  • Exceptional information presentation (visual and written) experience.
  • Experience in, and enthusiasm for, creating content, digital platforms, or products from brief to delivery and beyond.
