AKQA partners with Tokyo-based ITOCHU Corporation
AKQA has announced a new venture with Japan’s ITOCHU Corporation to enhance customer experience programmes. By combining ITOCHU’s business development expertise, and AKQA’s digital and design capabilities, this partnership will provide enhanced services for Japanese-based companies and support in gaining global competitiveness.
Since partnering in March 2020, AKQA and ITOCHU have aligned the companies’ vision for future-proofing businesses through transformation services.
The joint venture will also collaborate with ITOCHU Corporation companies such as ITOCHU Techno-Solutions and BellSystem24 to provide one-stop services from researching current customer experiences, formulating strategies, and creating plans for implementation, design and development, post-marketing operation, and optimisation.
