Asia Pacific leadership team promotions

Alisia Muscat has been appointed Managing Director across Australia and New Zealand after 12 years working with the Australia team. Alisia steps into the role after leading the Melbourne studio and will now lead multiple studios and divisions.

Stephen Forth takes on the new position of Executive Director of Partnerships and Alliances. Stephen hands over New Zealand’s Managing Director role to Marcel Blake.

Tony Vella is appointed Executive Operations Director after nine years with the Australian team. Tony takes on this role after leading the Sydney studio.

Rakesh Rachamalla becomes Managing Director of our Sydney studio. Rakesh was previously our Executive Design Director.

Stepping into the Executive Design Director role is Ros Horner, after previously leading teams across the region.
