Kai Heuser joins AKQA as Executive Creative Director in Berlin
AKQA welcomes Kai Heuser as Executive Creative Director in its Berlin studio. In this role, Kai brings his strategic and creative expertise to lead brand experiences for clients in Germany and beyond.
Kai is a creative innovator with over 18 years of experience in the industry. His works explores the intersection of brand, storytelling, technology and design coupled with strategic thinking and creative expertise. Prior to joining AKQA he served as the Global Executive Creative Director at the mobile bank N26. In this role, he was instrumental in shaping the brand and overseeing the creation of marketing communication across 24 global markets.
Kai has led integrated and digital campaigns for clients including Google, Nike, Shopify and Bosch. He also served as Executive Creative Director at Jung von Matt/Sports, leading creative initiatives for clients including Intersport and the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg.
With over 160 national and international awards, including Cannes Lions, Clio’s and Art Directors Club recognition, he also serves as a Webby Awards jury member and is part of the Art Directors Club in Germany.
