Blackmores Group is Australia’s leading natural health company. Since 1932, the most trusted vitamin and supplement brand in Australia has been enabling people to take control of their health and wellbeing across each of the three brands: Blackmores, PAW and BioCeuticals.
Organisations with multiple markets, brands and products have often found difficulty in streamlining asset and content management processes, resulting in a lack of operational efficiency.
As part of its ambition to connect one billion people to the healing power of nature by 2025, Blackmores recognised the need to embark on a content journey overhaul to accelerate digital transformation and operational improvements.

Sitecore Content Hub is a key enabler towards the vision of creating a single source of truth, digitising workflows and gaining better control of content across different markets.
By implementing a customised solution, the Blackmores Group is now able to easily access, store, manage and distribute thousands of assets in one repository across all three brands within the APAC region. Along with storing assets in one centralised location, the process of creating content is digitised, enabling the teams to create, review and approve within one system.

AKQA designed a fully integrated 360-degree campaign that rolled out globally across TV, digital, out-of-home and in store. Sales of Blue Retinol have eclipsed the competition at its launch, setting a new benchmark for Biotherm.
