Building on the story of the LV Holiday campaign An Enchanted Journey and its iconic carousel, AKQA crafted a digital experience that captures LV’s spirit of travel and allows people to share it memorably.
The insight was simple: shared memories are the most potent emotional vectors. By recalling unique moments lived together, we can celebrate and strengthen the bonds that unite us and our loved ones.

Meet Vivienne, your LV Holiday travel agent. Through a seamless conversational experience, Vivienne guides you in crafting a memorable e-card to send to loved ones or share with your online community.
To immerse visitors into the experience and allow them to share their memories, a simple yet enchanting mechanic was created: spin the carousel to discover a range of beautifully crafted universes expressing the emotions and moments lived with our close ones. The digital universes were drawn directly from the global campaign to ensure perfect consistency between the experience and the holiday story.

From end to end, the experience was designed to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Beyond all the usual sharing options, a bespoke live-encoding workflow allowed visitors to easily share their creations as immersive videos on their social accounts. While creating their e-card, guests could seamlessly unlock a range of creative universes by registering for Louis Vuitton’s newsletter. At the end of the experience, visitors were inspired to visit LV.com.
